2. Services Provided & Booking Terms
- Texas Pro offers auto-detailing and protective services as described on the “Services” page of the website.
- When a customer makes a service reservation via the website or by contacting us, it is considered a proposal from the customer to receive the indicated service, subject to availability and confirmation by Texas Pro.
- Texas Pro will confirm the appointment and, possibly, according to the agreed payment terms, will request a deposit or full payment as necessary. We ask the client to provide correct data about the vehicle (make, model, current state, and so on), and we additionally ask for any relevant requirements or special instructions, if any. Not doing so may limit or completely void our ability to deliver the service as agreed.
- Texas Pro keeps the door open to a decision of whether to refuse or cancel the provision of the service if the vehicle condition, customer instructions, or other factors endanger the safety of people, compromise the vehicle, or cause injury to the staff.
3. Payment, Fees, and Pricing
- Pricing for the offerings is as stated on the Texas Pro website and/or the quote provided at the time of booking.
- Texas Pro will clearly state all service fees, taxes, and/or surcharges that will be added to the total at the time of booking and/or payment.
- Payment will be made as Texas Pro prescribes. Should no payment be received, no service slot will be confirmed/definitively guaranteed.
- With any advance payment that includes a deposit, requests to change the schedule, cancel, or reschedule must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy terms.
4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling
- To cancel or change the schedule on a booking, Texas Pro needs to be notified at least 24 business hours before the scheduled booking time via the contact methods posted on our webpage.
- If Texas Pro accepts a deposit to be refunded and/or the schedule is to be changed, it will be at our discretion, and also for this statement, Texas Pro is allowed to recover any expenditures Texas Pro incurred.
- Otherwise, Texas Pro will not be required to provide a refund or change the schedule for a booking if the cancellation/ change request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- Such requests will also not be required to be honoured unless agreed on a case-by-case basis using Texas Pro criteria.
5. Customer Obligations and Acceptable Use
When accessing our site or services, you must refrain from the following:
- Documents, information, and databases that are considered unreliable, misleading or erroneous. Using the website and/or services for illegal, immoral, damaging, or fraudulent purposes.
